Hi
I have problem In ABB140 robot with S4C+ controller .
battery backup is drop And the robot need revelation update after the setup revelation update in the correct position ,all of the point (P1,P2,...) changed in program .I don,t know exactly what,s happen ?
How can I correct the points ?
Must be modpose all of the point ?

Do you have any accurate check position (possibly a pin that lines up with a point on your tool/tcp) inside the machine - just to see after a problem like this what direction or axis may be the problem? It could be one of the axis is not updated correctly.

Save a backup then check to see all cal offsets are the same compared with a recent backup before the revcounters were lost.
