Hi everybody,

We have an ABB IRB6600 S4CPlus that recently when we turn it on shows the error "No program to show" and we should restart  it and load backups to work.
I would be grateful if someone help me to overcome this problem.

we have had some similar problems with our IRB6400R when the batterypack to the flaschdisk is empty.

Then we have to do a "soft" shutdown

chose service meny:
and under file you those shutdown
then the robot saves the program to the flaschdisk, after it shows (OK to shutdown the controller)
hope this is some help for you.

An other reson to that problem is some structural error in the program that the compiler does not manage to make a error message about. I have got it sometimes when I have done some bad declarations of procedures or functions. Check if you got the correct version of every program module in the backup so for example two rutines with the same name is not declared in two differnt modules.
