Hello

I have a problem with one of my ABB robots. It's an IRB 2400 M97A sn: 24-05624 and the errors are:
- ipolts.c 1438 timeout waiting for zero_speed
- servots.c 850 not allowed if servo task not initialized OK
I want to try to reinstall the software but i d'ont have the software disk.

Please help

The boot software should be easy to get but do you have the key disk - this is the first disk needed in the cold boot and unlocks the options that were purchase with your system.
If you don't have the disk then you will need to get this from ABB.

For the boot software we will need to know the revision you currently have.
