I/O
« on: July 06, 2010, 08:01:51 AM »

I've got a ABB IRB-4400 controller I/O is connected to CAN1
No I/O is displayed on the pendant.
I found in the manual that the I/O must be installed as an option (Nr 205)and that this  option must be included on the Key Disk.

Does this mean I have to get a new key disk from ABB?

Hello,

1) Did you define the I/O card on system parameters menu?

2) In backup files, take a look at backinfo.txt. You will see your robot's options just below PRODUCTS_ID header.
