Hello All,
Can any body tell me how can I perform force calibration of FTS spot welding gun with IRC5 controller.

If this is a 7th axis servo gun the gun is positioned to an distance in mm and you have to add as you go (Cap wear).
The distance will be a function of force but you will have to use a force gage and move 1 mm at a time to see the resulting force.
I do not know of a servo force limit for setting actual tip force.
