I have an IRC5 controller with a 6640 manipulator. I'm hooking up the initial I/O and wanted to test the DSQC 652 board to check that the output light comes on when I tripper an output on. So I am in the I/O on the teach pendant and I'm turning on the DO 10 1 by giving it a value of 1. However, I'm not getting a corresponding green light above 1 on the DSQC 652 board. Shouldn't this light come on if I am forcing it on?

Thanks for you help.

Can you send a copy of the EIO file so we can check the mapping.
