I have problem with irb1400 m2000,the I/O board dsqc327 not communicate (input and output leds are off,and MS led is continuously green but NS led is green flashing.)
On the base connector unit (dsqc 504) CAN 1 MS and NS led are continuously green, instead CAN 2 Ms is always green but NS is off (maybe because ,noone device is connected ,but only termination resistor on can2 channel).
on the panel unit(dsqc 509) all the leds are lit.
Is the dsqc 327 faulty or is there someting wrong in the configuration?
Thank in advance to anyone can help me.

Is this board just been added or has it worked and now has a fault?

For the flashing NS LED:
Check that other nodes in the
network are operative.
Check parameter to see whether
module has correct ID.

If it is a new install the check the ID in your parameters match the 'address' you have on connector X5 (pins 7 to 12 = Address bit 1 to 32).
For address 8 then pins 8(value 2) and 10(value 8) should be cut from the strip connector - all other pins are connected to pin 6.

Check your error logs for any indication of connection issues (especially after a warm start they will probably appear on the TPU).
