As anybody connected Beckhoff IO into the IRC5's built-in device net?  If so can you give me some tips on how to do it?

For device net you need the EDS file info and add the Board to the EIO.CFG
Do you have the EDS file ??

you've given the cfg for BK5200 bus coupler

can i get the same for LC5200 bus coupler with 16 DI & 16 DO's in total

tried that my good friend..
but its still giving error (error number 71311)
Unable to established communication on DeviceNet

Description-
Unable to established communication on DeviceNet bus <DeviceNet1> because no I/O units are physically connected.

Actions-
1. Check cables and connectors.2. Connect I/O units to I/O bus.3. Restart the system.4. Remove I/O units on the I/O bus <DeviceNet1> from the configuration.   

checked everything.. its on auto baud.. addressing correct.. connections correct..
but its not communicating.. :(

defined output & input soze using DN_GENERIC & poof !!!
