dear everybody

I have guestion about the value of smb board battry. does the charging level of smb board battry  check with tpu ? i change it 8 month ago but when i shutdown the controller i must calibrated all axes again,so i must spend a lot of time.

When my battery is low I usually see a warning on the TPU after a power cycle.  Even if your power cycle is fast, there would be a minute of juice in the caps still.  There may be a problem with the SMB or the battery is shorted out internally.  If it ever has to be turned off, whats the voltage on the battery?

the voltage of my battry is about 10 but, when i shut down the controller , i lose all the axes calibration . i don't know why ?

What controller and robot model  do you have ? do you know about the batteries in the base of the robot ?

My controller is S4C+A and my robots type :IRB 2400 M 2000A  Robot variant : IRB 2400L Type B . I know that ,there is a smb board in the manopollator that this smb board has backup battry to save the  all axes point.
