I'm getting the errors randomly:
33159: Manual Mode Speed Warning
50052: Joint speed error
Does anybody know how can I fix it?

Thanks!

What sort of controller and robot do you have? Have you tried these remedies:
33159: Manuel mode speed warning
Manual mode speed exceeded for
joint %s. (What axis has error?)
Check:
- Check for correct load mass definition
- Check controller parameters on external axes
- Check for robot singularity
- Replace drive unit

Thanks Cezanne,
The drive unit was overheating, we installed a fan on it and the problem disapeared.
I think it was that.

I know this post is old and mininel only posted twice but dad-blame it, I got to know.

I call upon the power of email notification gods! Mininel did you fix the problem with a cooling or was it something else?

Been dealing with this issue for a year now on a M94A 6400.  Only occurs in manual so I don't see it as a major obstacle.  The fix list is a farce, might as well say 'Replace 6400 robot.' 'Replace S4 cabinet'. 'Install new control guru'.

I'm getting the same error but at another robot.
If I change the cables, it gets better, but after a while it goes bad again.
Any ideas?

Does your robot shake any while its in manual with servos enabled and brakes off?  We are thinking that our problem is a result of it shaking.  We also think that one of the axis (probably number 1) has got slop in the gearbox and the motor is having the hunt causing the shaking.  Also we are considering its caused by ground issues.  High noise in the SMB might cause shaking, thus manual mode speed faults.  We are investigating the same problem.

Thanks spaceacealpha!
It really was a ground problem, we separated the command and power cables from the ground cables and worked fine!

Same result on my robot.  Took the cables out of the floor trough, emptied it of the metal slag that has grown in there for 10 years and the problem vanished instantly.  It took me almost two years to fix, I'd say its worth the wait.
